eGift Cards

These are digital eGift Cards from retailers, which are available to purchase within the platform at a discounted rate. Once purchased, we will send you a confirmation email, and store the digital gift card in your eWallet within ‘My ePurchases’ for easy access. To redeem, simply present it on your mobile or print it and present it to the cashier.

Physical Gift Cards

These are tangible Gift Cards from retailers, which are available to purchase within the platform at a discounted rate. Once purchased, physical Gift Cards will be mailed to your postal address within five business days. To redeem, simply present it at the cashier.

eWallet Cash is the available balance you have deposited or accumulated to spend within the platform. You may also add eWallet Cash by simply making a payment directly from your Internet Banking to your eWallet Cash account. By using eWallet Cash to transact within the platform, you will still enjoy instant product delivery without the need to use your credit/debit card.

My ePurchases is the storage place for all the digital eGift Cards and eVouchers you have purchased within the platform. Once purchased, we will send you a confirmation email, however you will always be able to access all of your digital purchases directly from here, in order for you to instantly present them in-store for redemption.

When purchasing any physical or digital Gift Cards and eVouchers within the platform, you will have the ability to pay with your preferred credit/debit cards or even by using your eWallet Cash. Once you have made a successful transaction once, or added your preferred credit/debit card to your Payment Methods, you will enable our express checkout experience without the need to enter your card details again.

Here you will be able to view all of your purchase history, order details, and savings in one user friendly report. You will also be able to print out individual tax invoices for any transactions or order you have made.

Simply select your retailer of choice, and enter the specific amount you wish to purchase. The discount will be automatically applied to your total, and you will be given the chance to ‘Add to Cart’ or follow the checkout process.

Once you have selected your retailer of choice and entered the specific amount you wish to purchase, you may click the “Send as a gift” link and complete the recipients details for us to send to the recipient. Digital eGift Cards will be sent to their email address instantly, and physical Gift Cards will be sent to their postal address within 5 days.

When presenting your digital eGift Card in-store for redemption, please ensure you ask the cashier for the available balance after each transaction you make. To keep better track of your available balance, we have provided you with a balance tracking section on the eGift Card for your to update, so you are better aware of the balance remaining each time you transact.
