Whistleblower disclosures can be anonymous

Do you have an allegation of misconduct or an improper state of affairs or circumstances relating to the RACGP?
You can make a disclosure through the Whistleblower Form.

Before making a disclosure, you should read our whistleblower policy. Your disclosure should detail the alleged conduct, including who was involved, what occurred, where and when, and may include supporting documentation.

Every disclosure received is assessed to determine if it is a protected disclosure which attracts certain legal protections.

Disclosures may be investigated by the RACGP, referred to another agency or dismissed.

If you leave contact details, the Whistleblower Officer may contact you seeking further information. The RACGP will acknowledge receipt of your disclosure, normally within 28 days.
