About the Remote Supervision Program

Remote supervision provides high-quality training for registrars working in locations with limited or no onsite supervision. During remote supervision, registrars are supported by an offsite supervisor who uses phone and video conferencing to teach, advise and provide real-time assistance when needed.

The program addresses chronic workforce shortages that affect rural and remote communities and provides increased access to primary healthcare services.
