* The RACGP Enterprise Agreement 2022 (“EA”) currently covers employees that are employed by the Royal Australian College of General Practitioners in a position that falls within the EA classification structure. The EA does not currently apply to any employees of RACGP Training Services.
If in doubt, new and current employees should refer to their written contract of employment to confirm whether the current EA applies to their employment.
The RACGP intends to apply to the Fair Work Commission for the new Enterprise Agreement to expand in coverage to cover employees across both entities, Royal Australian College of General Practitioners and RACGP Training Services. We will update this page and advice all employees if and when this application is successful.
