On 12 July 2016, the Consumers Health Forum of Australia, the RACGP, the Menzies Centre for Health Policy and The George Institute for Global Health hosted a roundtable in Melbourne on the implementation of the patient centred healthcare home model in Australia.
RACGP has worked with others to produce a report to implement patient centred healthcare homes.
The report presents principles for the implementation of the model in Australia that have backing of consumers, clinicians, peak bodies and researchers.
