Jan Radford (FRACGP, FARGP, PhD, MPsychMed, MEd, MBBS) is Professor in General Practice at the University of Tasmania. She is based in Launceston where she has worked as a GP for 37 years. Jan is an academic general practitioner with extensive experience in curriculum development, delivery, and assessment for medical training at both undergraduate and postgraduate levels. She is Director of the Launceston Clinical School.
Jan's research interests include medical education, primary care systems redesign, the use of routinely collected medical record data as a research tool, and translating evidence into practice using all of these approaches.
