Minimising harm from opioids and pharmacotherapy for opioid dependency
This activity explores the role of the GP in minimising harm in patients through safe prescribing of opioids and supporting patients to taper and cease use of opioids. Information on pharmacotherapy, who it might be appropriate for, and the advantages and disadvantages of therapy, are also included.
