Practice Experience Program

The RACGP’s Practice Experience Program (PEP) is a self-directed education program designed to support non-vocationally registered (non-VR) doctors on their journey to RACGP Fellowship.

The PEP had two streams, PEP Standard and PEP Specialist.

The PEP Standard is no longer taking applications and has been replaced by the Fellowship Support Program.

Practice Experience Program Standard

The Practice Experience Program Standard (PEP ST) was the journey to Fellowship of the RACGP (FRACGP) for non VR doctors who didn't hold a specialist qualification. This stream no longer accepts applications.

Practice Experience Program Specialist

The Practice Experience Program Specialist (PEP SP) is the journey to Fellowship of the RACGP for international medical graduates (IMGs) with overseas specialist qualifications.
