If you’re deemed eligible for the AGPT Program, you’ll be invited to participate in the selection process. This includes payment of a $744 selection fee.
You’ll also have the opportunity to revise your training region and pathway preferences prior to payment of the fee and sitting the assessments. You’ll be able to see how many eligible applicants have applied and their training region and pathway preferences compared to the number of places available.

The determination of offers will depend on many factors including meeting eligibility criteria, your performance in the CAAKT and MMIs, your training region and pathway preferences and being able to meet the requirements of training.
If you don’t receive a training offer after interviewing during this intake, we’ll provide you with information about next steps. This will include whether you’re eligible to express your interest in any remaining training positions and any future intakes.
