Description

These are ‘Veganin’ analgesic tablets which were manufactured by a branch of the American-owned William R Warner Company, in Sydney. The example shown dates from about 1940. The packet shows the tablets’ measurement unit in ‘grains’. This unit of measurement has largely been superseded for commercial-scientific purposes in Australia.
