RACGP Rural’s Cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) skills for general practice is a fully online course that provides GPs with foundational CBT skills to use in their general practice for the treatment of common mental health illnesses. This online course will take approximately six hours to complete and can be accessed via gplearning.
The course is comprised of six interactive learning modules each taking approximately one hour to complete.
This course is ideally for GPs who have completed Focussed Psychological Strategies Skills Training (FPS ST) and would like to refresh on foundational principles of CBT.
