This notice is to advise that the RACGP has updated the Academic Misconduct Policy. The updated policy will come into immediate effect, superseding the previous corresponding policies as of Tuesday, 20 February 2024.

Clause 7.4.i.l has been added to reflect that the Academic Misconduct Committee can impose sanctions to prohibit RAGCP examiners from participating in an RACGP examination.

This update clarifies that the Academic Misconduct Committee may impose sanctions on RAGCP examiners if they have engaged in academic misconduct. Previously, sanctions only referenced registrars.
