Screening tool for women

A multidisciplinary team managed by Peter MacCallum Cancer Centre developed this decision support tool for promotion directly to women at risk and who have a familial history of breast cancer. The tool provides women with a report about risk category and risk management options, with a plan of action to discuss with their GP.
