The RACGP welcomed the opportunity to provide comment on the Cancer Council's Draft Clinical Practice Guidelines for Keratinocyte Cancer. The submission provides feedback regarding a number of areas, including the following:
- The title of the guidelines
- Definition of the term “specialist”
- Epidemiology of basal cell carcinoma
- Early detection of keratinocyte cancers and opportunistic screening
