On 15 October 2015, the Senate referred the Health Legislation Amendment (eHealth) Bill 2015 to the Senate Community Affairs Legislation Committee for inquiry and report. The RACGP’s response expresses a number of concerns with the Bill as previously raised in our recent submission to the Department of Health on the Electronic Health Records and Healthcare Identifiers Legislation Discussion Paper.
