The RACGP supports the TGA proposed reforms to the regulation of nicotine vaping products. Specific feedback was provided on regulatory reforms that impact GP prescribing of vapes. In particular, the proposed access to vapes under SAS C which removes an administrative step, streamlining the prescribing process and the possible integration of prescribing applications into clinical practice software.
