General practice management toolkit

The General practice management toolkit was written in recognition that general practitioners work in a diverse range of locations and situations. It is hoped that the toolkit will be useful as a guide and reference to GPs and practice managers as they develop and apply their management knowledge and skills to their careers.

The College is currently updating the General Practice Management Toolkit. The revised toolkit will comprise of a suite of both new and existing practice management/business-based modules.

As individual modules are updated and released, they will become available in hardcopy for general purchase. RACGP members, as part of their member benefits, will be able to access both new and existing modules for free via the website.
