Having emerged from the pandemic period and with the proposed changes and reform in the health sector, practices are looking to their manger to work on the business not just manage in an operational capacity. The role of the manager is further complicated with the location of a practice; there is no doubt the challenges of a rural and/or remote practice vary significantly to those of an urban practice.
