The 2023 RACGP Victoria Annual Member Meeting was held on Thursday 12 October. Dr Anita Muñoz, Chair RACGP Victoria and Dr Angelina Salamone, Provost RACGP Victoria provided attendees a brief year in review, recognised achievements and acknowledged challenges faced over the last 12 months. Attendees were introduced to the RACGP Victoria Faculty Council members for 2023–24.
Anita Muñoz is a GP in private practice in Melbourne's CBD and has a dedication to evidence-based medicine, lifelong learning, and promoting the role of general practice in the health of patients, communities and in public health more broadly.
Dr Angelina Salamone has had a very long association with the RACGP since starting training with the FMP in the early 90s and fellowing in 1993. During this long and continued association, she has been an examiner for many years and achieved the lifelong examiner award a number of years ago.
