Nicole Forrester
As a General Practice Quality Improvement Coordinator, Nicole Forrester has a passion for using data to drive changes that improve health outcomes for patients. Nicole has over 20-years’experience working in healthcare with a background in Nursing and Public Health (BHlth (Nurs), GradCert (PubHlth). Whilst working for East London NHS Foundation Trust, Nicole studied Quality Improvement through the Institute for Healthcare Improvement. She has since built up extensive experience supporting health care teams to embed a Quality Improvement approach to their patient care. Joining Brisbane South Primary Health Network (BSPHN) in 2020, she has worked closely with General Practice staff to support practice teams to improve patient outcomes using Quality Improvement methodologies.
