Dr Ashar Khan
Dr Ashar Khan is a Gold Coast based private Psychiatrist for last 20 years. He is the founder and director of the Qld ADHD and Neurosciences Clinic based in private suites at Pindara Private Hospital. QANC is a unique clinic as it only provides cutting edge neurodiagostic specialist medical consults for ADHD & Autism Spectrum Diorders in "High Functioning " people of all ages.
Dr Khan has had extensive training in USA, UK and NZ. He has advanced training in Adult Psychiatry in UK, Ireland and Australia. He completed his RANZCP Addiction Training requirements at the Gold Coast where he was Direction of Acute & Emergency Psychiatry for more than ten years. His mentor in undergraduate training was a child Psychiatrist . He further enhanced his child and adolscent experience during his specialist addiction training years and a decade of dealing with child and youth acute presentations as Director of Gold Coast ACT.
He is also an adj. Asst.Prof at Bond University , Faculty of Medicine and Health Sciences.
