Managing mental health

The Mental Health Professionals' Association (MHPA)

The Mental Health Professionals Association (MHPA) is a collaborative alliance of the RACGP, The Royal Australian and New Zealand College of Psychiatrists (RANZCP), The Australian Psychological Society (APS), and The Australian College of Mental Health Nurses (ACMHN)

MHPA provides a coordinated and collaborative forum for issues affecting the four key professional groups involved in mental health care: GPs, psychiatrists, psychologists, and mental health nurses. The aim of MHPA is to improve collaborative practice between these groups to improve outcomes in the delivery of primary mental health care.
