2019 RACGP Foundation grants and awards closing soon

This year, RACGP Foundation is proud to offer 16 research grants and awards to GPs and registrars. With the support of our funding partners, RACGP Foundation is able to provide these vital research grants each year. The research conducted by the recipients of RACGP Foundation grants contribute to advancing medical achievements within the general practice community.

You could play a vital role in shaping the health of Australia.

Online applications are now open and will close on Monday 6 May 2019.

RACGP eHealth webinar series

Developed and delivered by members of the RACGP Expert Committee – Practice Technology and Management (REC—PTM) and eHealth experts, the RACGP eHealth webinar series will present monthly webinars throughout 2019 on eHealth topics pertinent to general practice.

All webinars are accredited for two Category 2 QI&CPD points for the 2017–19 triennium and are free of charge for all participants.

Webinar recordings are made available via the RACGP website at the conclusion of each month’s sessions.

 

Applications now open – AGPT 2020

Applications for the 2020 intake of the Australian General Practice Training (AGPT) Program are now open for junior doctors who wish to train towards a career in general practice.

The RACGP is recognised as a leader in the provision of general practice education and training, supporting more than 23,000 GPs with achieving Fellowship since 1958.

The government-funded training program provides the training doctors require to achieve general practice Fellowship and gain specialist registration. The AGPT Program comprises three to four years of full-time training held in metropolitan, rural, remote and very remote locations in Australia.

Support GP19 in Adelaide

The RACGP clinical conference will return to Adelaide in 2019 and is set to be the leading general practice conference held in Australia this year.

The exceedingly popular clinical workshops will again be held at GP19 and will cover a variety of topics that are relevant to you.
