Voting and results


Voting in the 2020 RACGP Presidential election has now closed, with Dr Karen Price elected as President of the 63rd Council.

There were 30,261 eligible voters, with more than 13% voting for their preferred President. The Returning Officer for the 2020 RACGP Presidential election, Mr Richard Kidd of the Australian Election Company, confirmed the results as below.

Voting for the 2020 faculty elections runs from midday Thursday 10 September through to midnight Monday 21 September.

An update on the results will be provided on Wednesday 23 September.
