Education Committees

The RACGP Board has established sub-committees and advisory bodies relating to education, training, and workforce - the Education and Workforce Committee and the Council of Censors. Chaired by the Censor in Chief, these bodies provide guidance and advice to the board on matters relating to education, training, related policies, requirements for fellowship, continuing professional development, post-education matters, accreditation, workforce and related matters.

Education Workforce Committee

The Education and Workforce Committee (EWC) is a sub-committee of the RACGP Board, and its purpose is to ensure quality, accountability, and a culture of continuous improvement in general practice training, education and assessment.

Council of Censors

The Council of Censors (CoC) ensures the RACGP adopts an equitable, defensible, nationally consistent and co-ordinated approach to establishing and maintaining certain standards.
