Gown collection will open 2 hours before the ceremony begins. Gowning will close 30 minutes prior to the start of the ceremony. Please ensure you arrive in ample time to collect and fit gown.
There will be staff at the registration area collecting gowns at the conclusion of the ceremony.
Note: once the ceremony has ended you cannot leave the venue in your gown
Professional photography services will be offered on the day via Reed Graduations.

Please note that photography will close 15 minutes prior to the ceremony. Please ensure you arrive in ample time to collect and fit gown and take photography.
If your guests are registered for the fellowship ceremony, they can be included in your portrait session.
Yes. If you want to take photos at the venue, you can do so up until the time of the ceremony.
If you arrive early before the ceremony begins you can go outside in your gown and take a photo.
New fellows will be seated in the middle two rows.
Guests will sit in seating to the left and right of New Fellows.
Yes. All ceremonies will be recorded and live streamed. All registered New Fellows will receive a link that they can share with their friends and family.
There is parking available at attendee’s cost, more information on parking is available here. There is also a tram and train stop out the front of the venue.
The ceremony will run for approximately two hours.

Your official certificate will be posted to you by the fellowship team. If you fellowed over 4 months ago and are still waiting for your certificate, please contact vic.fellowship@racgp.org.au
