Dr Catherine has been a General Practitioner for more than 20 years, practising in both the United Kingdom and Australia. Throughout her career, she has worked as a salaried GP and practice owner in metropolitan, regional, and rural settings. She is passionate about general practice and believes it is the best job in the world, valuing its unique role in providing comprehensive, cradle-to-grave, whole-person care supporting patients, families, and communities through every phase of their health journey.

She currently practises at Q1 Medical in Melton and the Royal Flying Doctor Service clinic in Robinvale, north-west Victoria.

As Co-Chair of the RACGP Victoria International Medical Graduates (IMG) Committee, Dr Catherine is a strong advocate for IMG doctors. Recognising that IMGs make up a significant proportion of Australia's medical workforce and often serve communities facing workforce shortages, she is committed to improving support, guidance, and opportunities for IMG GPs navigating the Australian healthcare system.

Dr Catherine is particularly interested in promoting professional development, leadership, and wellbeing for IMG doctors, and in helping to create a more inclusive and supportive environment for all GPs.

Outside of medicine, she loves reading, spending time with her rescue greyhound, God, speaking Spanish & the Melbourne Vixens (not always in that order!)
