Dr. Adam Braithwaite enjoys consulting on all aspects of General Practice from his usual practice at The Chadstone Clinic. He is also a General Practitioner with specific interest in diabetes working at Caulfield Hospital. Additionally, he holds an appointment with Monash University as a clinical educator and examiner, and prior to graduation was president of the Monash University Medical Undergraduate Society.
Dr Adam is passionate about General Practice and enjoys convening the MedSummit program which educates and empowers high school students to pursue a rewarding career in medicine. He is dedicated to upholding General Practice as the foundation of quality healthcare in Australia. Recognising its vital role, he advocates for greater support and investment in sustainable primary care services. He also emphasises the need for improved communication and clinical handover between primary and hospital-based care to ensure continuity of quality and safe care for patients.
He strongly believes that by strengthening General Practice, we enhance patient outcomes and ensure comprehensive healthcare for all Australians.
