Council and Committees

The RACGP Victoria council is the faculty’s key representative and advisory body on matters such as continuing professional development, education, training, quality care and research.

The RACGP Victoria have five Committees focusing on specific areas of interest.

These Committees discuss important aspects with the RACGP Victoria Council, develop relevant education and provide unique member engagement activities including conferences and events.

GP & Psychiatry Liaison Committee

The Committee organises educational events and brainstorming workshops, bringing together experts related to important topics such as family violence and refugee health

Women in General Practice

The Women in General Practice Committee is a Victorian Faculty Committee established by female GPs to represent, support and promote female GPs and Women’s Health

New Fellows Committee

The New Fellows Committee acts in an advisory capacity to the RACGP Victoria Board
