We use Australia Post and other couriers to help deliver our orders across the country. At checkout, you can choose from two options – standard delivery, or express delivery.
Rural and Remote communities may experience extended delivery times however we will advise if this applies to your order in your shipping confirmation email.
Orders placed before 2.00 pm AEST/ADST in metro areas should be received in 1-3 business days. Shipping takes 1-5 business days if your location is outside of metro.
Orders placed before 2.00 pm AEST/ADST in metro areas should be received the next business day, however this service can take 1-3 business days.
Express shipping is a no signature required service. This means that the courier will generally leave your order at the front door or letterbox.
Once the parcel has been delivered to your shipping address, the RACGP takes no responsibility for any damage or theft that may occur. If you are not available to accept your delivery, or you feel that your address is unsafe to have a parcel left unattended, we recommend choosing an address where someone will be there to accept the delivery.

Standard shipping is free for orders over $150.
For all other purchases, shipping is calculated according to the weight and size of your order, and location of your delivery address. Shipping costs are added when you reach the checkout. Before you complete your order and make payment, you will have the opportunity to review the final shipping costs.
Tracking your order
Once your package has been sent, our distribution partner, Brand Republic, will send a shipping confirmation email containing a tracking ID number and link.
If something goes missing, or is taking longer than expected to arrive, please check with Australia Post in the first instance. If you still can’t get to the bottom of it, please contact us via email at email@example.com and we’ll try and help.
