Video consultations with patients suspected to have COVID-19

Conducting video consultations

COVID-19 infection control principles

This document outlines the steps for conducting a video consultation with a patient who may have COVID-19. It is recommended that video consultation is used over phone consultations for patients who may have COVID-19.

If a phone consultation is the only option, this resource will still be helpful (noting the lack of visual cues and opportunities for visual examination).
