There are two stages to becoming a mentor or mentee. The first stage is training. The second stage is matching you with a suitable mentor/mentee.
Training to become a mentor or mentee is delivered via online webinars. Access to these free sessions will be made available to RACGP members who wish to take up this voluntary mentoring opportunity.
The matching process is undertaken by our leadership team and careful consideration is given to individual strengths and needs. You will be asked for more detailed information on your experience, skills and interest in order to match you with a suitable mentor or mentee.
