November engageGP member forum
engageGP member forum – shaping future initiatives
The November engageGP member forum will encompass the traditional RACGP Convocation.
The member forum is your opportunity to raise and discuss matters impacting general practice with the RACGP Board and your colleagues across Australia.
The RACGP Board will select up to 6 items to be presented during the engageGP member forum held online on Sunday 21 November 2021 from 1.40 – 3.10pm AEST. Submitters of the selected matters will have 5 minutes to present their matter during the forum.
Members will be able to vote on the ideas presented and resolutions passed during the engageGP member forum will be considered by the RACGP Board. All actions taken to address the resolution will be reported on at next year’s forum.
Please note that resolutions passed during engageGP are not binding on the RACGP Board, but the Board undertakes to fully consider all items endorsed.
Submit your idea To raise a matter to be discussed at the 2021 engageGP member forum you will need to provide the following details
- Your name and RACGP member number
- What is this item about and why are you raising it now? (maximum 200 words)
- Desired outcome
- What would you like the Board and the membership to do with this idea? (maximum 200 words)
- Proposed motion
- What action do you propose the Board and Executive Leadership take? (maximum 100 words)
