Infertility is a common issue, affecting as many as 1 in 6 families in Australia, however access to fertility treatments is often limited due to financial, geographical and/or social barriers. With changes to the definition of infertility and the Victorian government funded Public Fertility Care program, fertility treatments are now more accessible for eligible Victorians. This session will provide GPs with practical knowledge about how you can investigate infertility in primary care and when to refer patients on for specialist services.
