Abbey Howe
Director, Primary Care System Reform
Abbey is an accomplished public sector leader with extensive experience leading strategic policy and reform projects with a focus on health and social policy. Abbey enjoys working collaboratively to develop and implement innovative approaches to the design and delivery of policies and programs aimed at reducing inequity and supporting improved outcomes for the whole population. In her current role as Director of Primary Care System Reform in the Victorian Department of Health, Abbey has been responsible for the delivery of new primary care models designed to expand access to care.
