Webinar 19 Aug, 7:30 PM - 8:30 PM (AEST)
Most registrars feel over-committed and find it hard to say no. There are so many things you have to do for patients - plus plenty of optional extras. But your time is limited, and without clear boundaries, you can feel overwhelmed by all the demands and find it impossible to run on time. In this webinar, we’ll explore the self-doubt and internal pressures that make saying no so difficult and share evidence-based strategies to help you set limits and improve your time management, with more confidence and less guilt. The facilitator has worked with thousands of registrars over twenty years and draws on the latest psychological research to explore why it's so hard to say no—and how to set healthy limits as a GP. This webinar is brought to you by the National Faculty for GPs in Training and our Wellbeing Partner, Avant. NOTE: The start time of this webinar has been rescheduled from 6.30pm to 7.30pm (AEST) based on member feedback. All existing Zoom registrations have been updated to reflect this change.
