Meet the candidates running for election as the next President of our College.
 
The candidates, listed in ballot order are:
 

  • Dr Anita Muñoz
  • Dr Gavin Colthart
  • Dr Ramya Raman

This Q&A sessions is an opportunity for you to hear directly from the candidates and ask your questions.

Speakers

Dr Anita Muñoz

Dr Muñoz is a GP, practice owner, medical educator and healthcare leader with 25 years’ experience across clinical practice, governance and health system reform. She is a current RACGP Board director.

Dr Gavin Colthart

Dr Colthart is a GP and Senior Medical Officer working in the Magnetic Island, Torres and Cape HHS. He was a medical educator with JCU and the RACGP and his clinical interests are in medical teaching, emergency medical, remote and expedition medicine and dive medicine.

Dr Ramya Raman

Dr Raman is a GP, practice owner, medical educator and academic with experience across leadership, advocacy, medical education and governance across general practice. She is a current RACGP Board director and JCTS Board director.
