Get Healthy in Pregnancy – Healthy lifestyle support for women

Despite evidence about the benefits of healthy lifestyle in disease prevention in pregnancy, some women continue to; conceive in an unhealthy weight range, gain excessive gestational weight, not meet the physical activity guidelines, eat calorie dense and nutrient poor foods, drink alcohol and smoke.

This webinar will:
1. Describe what Get Healthy Service and the Get Healthy in Pregnancy program offers to support patients to achieve healthy lifestyle goals
2. Describe the requirements for consent for referrals including informed consent
3. Identify appropriate referral opportunities
