Transitioning in and out of General Practice Ownership

On-demand recorded 29 Oct 2020

General practice ownership can be confusing to navigate. There are lots of considerations to make when buying into a practice as well as the other end of the scale when an owner is looking to sell a practice.
This webinar explores the key areas of general practice ownership from both the current ownership perspective and a potential buyer perspective. This webinar will provide an overview of the transition process between general practice ownership, the benefits of your business plan and also how to de-risk the transition process in and out of general practice ownership.

Relevance to general practice: This webinar is relevant to both existing practice owners and those looking to buy into or set up a practice. The key areas for consideration when buying will be covered, along with an overview of the transitioning out of practice ownership and how to de-risk the process for yourself as an owner.

Learning outcomes

  1. Identify the key business areas for consideration when transitioning in and out of general practice ownership
  2. Assess your business plan to ensure it accounts for your specific business environment
  3. Develop a checklist to assist with de-risking your transition in and out of general practice ownership
