On-demand recorded 23 Feb 2021

GP businesses rarely fail, but they also rarely reach their potential. This seminar describes techniques that help to attract and retain key staff and doctors, whilst avoid the pitfalls of conflict avoidance and its implications on staff, doctor and patient satisfaction, and the follow on effects of overstaffing and inefficiency.

Learning outcomes

  1. The negative, self-reinforcing effects of poor culture on your business, and how to avoid it
  2. The positive impact of clear goals and clear communication
  3. Options for attracting and keeping new doctors
  4. Alternative paths to revenue growth
