The pandemic has seen a rapid increase in the use of technology to enable continuity of care and practices and patients have become more familiar with using digital health tools.
This webinar, delivered in collaboration with the Australian Digital Health Agency, provides an opportunity for participants to strengthen their digital capabilities so they can continue to provide care where physical and digital consultations are delivered seamlessly as a core feature of general practice.

Dr Amandeep Hansra

Dr Amandeep Hansra is a GP with 17 years’ clinical experience but is also known for her work as a digital health consultant. Amandeep co-founded Caligo Health and has been a Clinical Reference Lead with the Australian Digital Health Agency for four years. She is a Fellow of the RACGP & Australian Institute of Digital Health, an examiner for the College and sits on the RACGP Practice Technology and Management Expert Committee, as well as the Australian Medical Association (AMA) NSW Council.

Dr Laura Beaton
B Med Sci (Hons), G Dip Sci Comm, MD, FRACGP

Dr Laura Beaton is a newly fellowed GP with non-clinical interests in medical education, healthcare technology, and sustainability. Laura lectures at The University of Melbourne Department of General Practice and undertook her academic registrar research examining My Health Record for adolescents and clinicians. Laura recently joined the RACGP Expert Committee – Practice Technology and Management and is undertaking the RACGP Future Leaders program in 2022. In her volunteer time, she advocates for healthcare sustainability with Doctors for the Environment Australia and the RACGP Climate and Environmental Medicine Specific Interest Group.
