Dr Shaun Salimi
Dr Shaun Salimi has over 20 years of experience in Occupational Medicine. He earned his medical degree from the University of Western Australia in 2001 and a graduate diploma in Occupational and Environmental Medicine from Monash University. Dr Salimi specializes in musculoskeletal rehabilitation, work-related injury management, and return-to-work processes. He has treated thousands of patients in Victoria and Western Australia and was a finalist for the 2012 WorkSafe Practitioner Return to Work Award.
Dr. Salimi is a medical advisor for the Victorian Workcover Authority, the Victorian Transport Accident Commission, and other organizations. He also provides fitness for duty assessments and medicolegal reports as an accredited rail medical examiner and independent medical examiner.
