Director of the General Practice Section in the MBS Policy and Reviews Branch, Department of Health, Disability and Ageing
Imogen has been in this role for around four years and has previously worked in policy and program roles in a number of Australian Government departments. Her team is responsible for a range of MBS items for general practice, including bulk billing incentives, attendance items, chronic disease management items and health assessments. Imogen has a Bachelor of Science (Hons) and a PhD from the University of Melbourne.
Natashia Allitt
Director - MyMedicare Policy and Engagement, Department of Health, Disability and Ageing
Natashia has had a diverse and varied career across the public service and not-for-profit sector, focussing on health and international development. She is currently the Director, MyMedicare Policy and Engagement. Her team leads the policy development of MyMedicare, focussing on ensuring the policy intent meets the current and future needs of the Australian primary health sector.
David McEwen
Director of the MyMedicare Operations Section in Provider Branch, Services Australia
David joined MyMedicare in July 2024 after leading projects under Health Delivery Modernisation. The MyMedicare Operations section provides policy and operational support for MyMedicare, General Practice in Aged Care Incentive (GPACI) and Medicare Urgent Care Clinics, including helpdesk services, payments and governance.
