This webinar will educate nurses on the impact of chronic diseases and risk factors on fertility, and the subsequent impact on antenatal care. Issues relating to overweight and obesity, and the role of weight in infertility are included.

The module will also cover the impact on fertility of specific chronic diseases such as diabetes, mental health problems, epilepsy, and autoimmune disorders. This module was developed with funding provided by the Australian Government Department of Health.
