Oral Presentation Guidelines
If you are presenting in-person at GP24 please read and follow the Oral Presentation Guidelines

Your presentation must be on the GP24 Presenters Template.
Accepted video formats are AVI, QuickTime (.MOV), or MP4 format.
Important: see ‘Showing video files during your presentation’ in the below guidelines.
When you arrive at the PCEC, please check in at the main registration desk then proceed to the Speaker’s Prep Lounge (Level One, PCEC) to upload your presentation.
Please present to the Speaker Prep Lounge with;
- a clearly labelled USB (name, presentation title, time, and date) containing;
- your PPT slide deck
- any video* files that are embedded within your presentation, please ensure you have set up as a separate file on your USB in case they need to be re-embedded by the onsite AV team.

Poster Presentation Guidelines
If you are presenting a poster at GP24 please read and follow the Poster Presentation Guidelines

Posters at GP24 are physical printed posters (not electronic), and it is recommended (not compulsory) that you format your poster using the GP24 Poster template
Important: official poster size is A0, portrait (841mm W x 1189mm H)
Posters will be displayed for the duration of the conference in the poster display area within the exhibition space.
You will be able to set-up your poster between 7:00am – 9:00am on Thursday 21 November.
We encourage poster presenters to stand near their poster to answer questions during the designated poster session times;
- Thursday 21 November: conference lunch break
- Friday 22 November: conference lunch break
- Saturday 23 November: conference lunch break
Important: copies/handouts must be printed ahead of the conference and brought with you. There are no printing facilities at the conference.
