CPD for RACGP members
Great news for RACGP members: you can earn up to 29 CPD hours if you’re attending the full three-day conference.
You'll also have access to an additional 20 CPD hours through a wide range of optional inclusions including reviewing performance (RP) and measuring outcomes (MO) activities.
Additional optional CPD will be available through the GP24 attendee app and website during and after the conference.
CPR and other pre-conference workshops are also available with approved additional CPD hours.
By attending GP24 (including pre-conference workshops) all delegates can have up to 29 hours of CPD recorded.
- Full three-day registration: 10.5 hrs EA | 2.5 hrs RP
- Pre-Conference workshop attendance: 3-6 hrs CPD (details to be confirmed)
- CPR attendance: 2 hrs EA
CPD will be uploaded by RACGP for members within two weeks of conference

GP24 CPD solution
A reminder that you do not need to log your hours for attendance at GP24. These will be uploaded for you in the week after the conference.
This CPD solution is designed for members who attended GP24 and were looking for additional CPD options that are aligned to the conference program.
Whilst at the conference you had the opportunity to complete an optional reviewing performance activity each day for a further 1hr RP CPD per day. Activity completions will be uploaded for you in the week after the conference.
GP24 Measuring Outcomes

If you were inspired to change aspects of your work at GP24, you can implement these changes for measuring outcomes CPD with this small quality improvement activity. It involves identifying several aspects of your work you can change and implement immediately in the weeks after the conference.
The activity will conclude on 16 December 2024, and CPD completions will be uploaded by 18 December 2024.
However, if it isn’t feasible for you to implement changes in 2024, you can make it count for 2025 CPD but recording your changes using the Measuring Outcomes tool, available via myCPD website (not available via the app).

Digital health

Artificial Intelligence – 1hr EA, 1hr RP |
This two-hour CPD activity will enable you to familiarise yourself with some key policy documents that outline GP’s legal and ethical considerations when using artificial intelligence (AI) in your work. This activity will also ask you questions related to how this might apply to your role, workplace and clinical scope of practice.
This CPD activity will close on 16 December 2024, and CPD completions will be uploaded by no later than 18 December 2024.

This CPD solution was developed as part of 2024 Health of the Nation. It outlines 5hrs of CPD you can self-record, that includes videos, a recommended reading list, and prompts as you consider how this applies to your role and scope of practice.

GP wellbeing

At the conference hard copies of a new GP wellbeing “check-in” activity were available for you to use and provide feedback. Your feedback will guide our approach to rolling out this activity more widely in 2025. If you have not yet provided feedback on the check-in activity you can do so now. Completions will attract 1hr RP CPD. Those who complete the activity at GP24 will receive their CPD hours in the week after the conference. This activity will close on 16 December 2024, and all other completions will be uploaded by 18 December 2024.
