Responding to online reviews

Online reviews are the new  ‘word of mouth’ for recommending goods and services, including health services.

To assist individual GPs and general practices in responding to online reviews, the RACGP has produced a factsheet Responding to online reviews.

The factsheet provides information about when and how to respond to online reviews, useful information about dealing with negative and positive reviews, and relevant legislation regarding the use of reviews for advertising and marketing.

Visit the RACGP website to download the factsheet.

Doctors for the Environment Australia #NoTimeForGames

The Doctors for the Environment Australia (DEA) #NoTimeForGames campaign aims to protect childrens’ health by encouraging health professionals and organisations across Australia to express their concern about climate change and to take action in the form of a pledge.

The campaign looks towards embracing climate solutions and transitioning to clean renewable energy to prevent disease and help children live long, healthy and happy lives.

The DEA website provides resources and further information on the campaign and the environment impacts on the health of children.

Visit the DEA website if you would like to sign the pledge.
