This notice is to advise that the RACGP has updated its Academic Misconduct Policy. The new policy come into immediate effect, superseding the previous corresponding policies as of today, 14 November 2022.

Clause 4.2.ii has been added to clarify that the Misconduct Officer may dismiss an Academic Misconduct Report (AMR) without notifying the subject under certain circumstances.
