Where possible, notify your TC and ME at least 30 business days before you return from leave so they can make any necessary arrangements. In some cases, an appropriate placement may need to be arranged, along with a new Medicare provider number.
When returning to training after an extended period of leave, make sure you meet the Medical Board of Australia’s registration standards, particularly with regard to recency of practice.
