Patients often present to general practitioners (GPs) requesting completion of forms, certificates or reports. Navigating these requests can be challenging, especially when the precise reason for the request is unclear or incomplete clinical details about the patient are available.
This webinar provides guidance to assist new fellows who are unclear about their obligations and responsibilities. The Learning Objectives are:
- Identify the range of circumstances in which patients could request forms, certificates and reports to be completed by their GP.
- Outline the obligations and requirements of typical requests that GP’s encounter in their private practice.
- Identify and source appropriate information and support to complete requests of this nature.
